I. Foreign Central Banks and Similar Institutions

Upon completion of registration, relevant overseas institutional investors can conduct trading of cash bond, repo, bond lending, bond forward, interest rate swap, forward rate agreement and other transactions permitted by the PBC. Relevant overseas institutional investors can decide on their own the size of their investments.

II. Other Qualified Overseas Institutional Investor

A qualified overseas institutional investor can conduct in the inter-bank bond market cash bond and other transactions approved by the PBC (cash bond, bond lending, bond forward, interest rate swap, forward rate agreement).

Overseas renminbi business clearing banks and participating banks can conduct repo.

Relevant overseas institutional investors can decide on their own the size of their investments.
